  • Tips:

    • When browning the sausage, keep in larger clumps to brown, and once brown, then break meat apart.

    • Keep the liquid from the tomatoes…it helps with the consistency of the queso

    • If you don’t have breakfast sausage, try making your own with lean meat and seasonings like garlic, chili flakes, onion powder, etc.
